If you’re looking at getting into racing as an owner without having to spend a lot of money, then ‘Dynamiss’ is your horse! In fact, at only $1,100 a share and $25 a week to cover costs, it’s never been more affordable to be a racehorse owner!
‘Dynamiss’ is a good, athletic type who’s pretty much a carbon copy of her half sister, the well performed ‘Doowahdiddy’-both of them being out of the same broodmare, ‘A Perfect Saturday’.
She’s by Alfred Nobel who as a racehorse was both a Group 1 and a Group 2 winner, his biggest win coming at the elite level at The Curragh in the Phoenix Stakes in Ireland. He was only lightly raced having had 10 starts and was also placed a further 3 times too. As a stallion, he’s been a consistent produce of winners, his best being SHOWY CHLOE, winner of the Belmont Oaks and the Starstruck Classic, FONTAINEBLEAU, winner of the WA Sires Produce Stakes and the Australian Breeders 3yo Classic, and PRIM AND PROPER, winner of the 2019 Supremacy Stakes.
’Dynamiss’ has had 3 trials, and she’s gone good in each of them. In her first campaign, she finished just over a length from the winner at her first trial and pulled up shinsore. In her second campaign, she finished 5 lengths off the multiple city winner Bumper Humper in very fast time at her first trial back from a spell, and then at her latest trial on December 21st, she again finished a little over a length from the winner, again going shinsore afterwards which only adds merit to the performance. When a horse goes shinsore, we give it 8 weeks out, and so based on that, she’s due to start back in work later in February.
As we head into 2001, the annual round of yearling sales are upon us, and although it’s always exciting buying into a yearling, there’s no hiding from the fact that it could take up to TWO YEARS before you get to see your horse run. So you’ll be giving yourself a MASSIVE ADVANTAGE buying into a 3 year old such as ‘Dynamiss’ as the waiting game is well truly behind you.
She’s perfectly educated having had 3 trials, she’s done well at each of them especially considering that she’s gone shinsore after two of them, and after a short break, she’s scheduled to start back in work later in February and should be ready to make her race debut in March or April.
At only $1,100 a share and $25 a week to cover costs, it’s never been more affordable to be a racehorse owner! I hope you can join me as an owner of ‘Dynamiss’!
