This is a good looking, strong filly who was purchased from day 1 of the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling sale.
We purchased this good looking Deep Field filly on day 1 of the 2021 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale, and she’ll be heading West to Perth to be trained by Grant & Alana Williams.
Deep Field has been one of the most in-demand stallions at the Gold Coast sale selling for up to $800,000, and averaging around the $280,000-$290,000 mar. Our filly, whilst big on type (physique) doesn’t quite have the blue blood pedigree that most of the others have got, and that’s why we were able to buy her for well under the average price at $100,000 even.
She was selected by our bloodstock agent ‘Gentleman’ John Price who has bought so many good horses for us sourcing them for both Belhus Racing Stables and Grand Syndicates.
This filly is a good, well balanced, attractive type, from a stakes performed mare who was good enough to win 4 races, 3 in succession up to 1900m, and also ran 4th at Group 1 level in the Queensland Oaks. There’s enough in her pedigree to suggest that she’ll be suited in races up to 1600m, and I’d love to think that races like the WA Champion Fillies Stakes, and the WA Guineas could be ideal target races for her should she show us the required ability.
This will be a 20 share syndicate priced at $6,980 each, and brochures will be available shortly.
