Mutatwarath has put a couple of duck eggs behind him and showed a return to better form when finishing fifth at Belmont Park on Saturday (June 9th).

After an eye catching first up run when thundering home from last early to finish a close up fourth, the gelding was out of sorts at his next two runs when finishing last. The removal of blinkers and also a close second in a trial at Lark Hill looks to have turned things around though, and on Saturday he produced the second fastest last 600m of the race.

Better things are in store very soon for Mutawarath…
