En Plein Air kicked off her career in the best possible way with a win on debut at Northam on Thursday May 16th. Jumping as one of the equal favourites after a couple of very good trials, and aided by the inside barrier in just a small field of 7, En Plein Air was ridden perfectly by William Pike who gave her every possible chance and got the job done with ease in the end. It looks like her owners are going to be in for a lot of fun as they follow their exciting young horse.
