Manzor Magic started his new campaign in the same manner as he finished up his previous one – in winning fashion – when taking out the last race at Northam on a dreary, stormy and rain soaked day during the last week of June. The weather didn’t dampen the spirits of his owners though, and the way he won under an inspired ride by Clint Johnston-Porter gave them plenty to be confident about looking ahead. By the shuttle stallion ALMANZOR who spends his time travelling the hemispheres between France and New Zealand, Manzor Magic shows all the qualities of a stayer in the making, the attributes of which highlight the progeny of the popular stallion.
Trainers Grant & Alana Williams will now set Manzor Magic for some feature staying events for three year olds at Belmont Park through July…
