Presentatie was purchased by us from the recent Magic Millions Autumn Sale in Perth, and her new trainer will be Martin Allan at Ascot. She’s being offered for syndication at just $1,100 per 5% share.
A winner of her first two starts in New Zealand, Presentatie was purchased by Peter’s Investments and transferred to Western Australia where she’s had a further 18 starts for 2 more wins, 4 placings and total stakes earnings of just under $94,000. Her first win was in Saturday class at Ascot in March 2017, and with only two exceptions, she’s generally always about the place finishing close up in her races and often to some very good horses including Vega Magic and Great Shot!
First up in her most recent prep, she was an easy winner at Geraldton in Class 5 company, and then was fifth at Ascot beaten 2 lengths, before her latest start once again at Ascot where, on March 10th as a $5.50 chance, she finished 4 ½ lengths behind the impressive Taxagano after being cramped for room and held tight in the straight and not being able to have a good crack at them.
For people that want a horse RIGHT NOW, that can be running for them almost STRAIGHT AWAY, and one with PROVEN CITY ABILITY, she represents a very good buy.
She’s being offered into a 20 share syndicate priced at $1,100 each which includes all costs incurred to the commencement of the new syndicate on May 1st, 2018. The syndicate fees are $602.25 per calendar quarter (exactly $6.60/day) and includes all training, agistment, farrier and vet bills, all transport and incidental expenses, and all management, administration and communication expenses too. With the exception of an annual insurance account (which is voluntary and around the $30 mark) and the possibility of feature race entry fees (which is a bill that you actually do want!) there’s nothing else to pay. She’s in work right now and we’re looking at having her ready to trial in early to mid June, and then off to the races in her new colours and with her new owners!
The brochure with all the details including her form, vet report, etc, and the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) is now available by return email…
