PRIZE CATCH went to Pinjarra for his first up run this time in, and despite still being a bit green, he won as he liked down the straight 1000m course. The win franked his trial form from the previous week when he was as equally impressive, and the two runs look to have him set for a very good campaign. The very flashy looking son of top stallion Zoffany has always shown ability each and every time he’s stepped out, and his trainer Lindsey Smith says he’s destined for better things, especially next time in with added maturity. For the moment though, his next assignment is a 3yo sprint worth $60,000-again down the straight 1000m track at Pinjarra on Saturday January 7th.
