It’ll be pretty interesting at Northam this coming Thursday when The Moon Day and Bobby Benzine clash in the same race!
The two stayers are both ready to win but a lack of suitable races means that they have to go head to head in the 2200m race.
As the trainer of both, I have to favour the front running The Moon Day to win after a luckless last start run at Belmont Park where he really should have won, but whatever happens, Bobby Benzine will be running on at the business end of things.
